Or in this case, how close, as our client T. and his wife were willing to commit themselves when they decided it was time to upgrade their house. The couple from Hillsboro put up everything they have into making their dream home a reality. To say that this house was built from their blood, sweat, and tears is far from figurative, as they literally become the human security cameras by living in a trailer located less than ten footsteps away. Being the nomads in their own backyard, the couple, along with their two kids and their trustee dachshund, watched as their 2 bedroom home elevated and transformed into a 3 bedroom 2200 square ft kingdom, equipped with a brand new patio. When Harmony took on this project, the sentimental value was enough for us to realize that our commitment must at least level with our clients. However, going for the minimum is never on our agenda. In fact, our bare minimum is not meeting expectations, but to exceed them, and steadily but surely, we did.
